SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Purchased items will be shipped within 3-7 business days of the order, so please allow up to 3-7 business days for delivery to arrive. If you still have no received your purchase after 2 weeks please notify hello@undraftedfactory.com.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (First Class & Priority Mail for domestic and international). Rates are calculated through the RM calculator. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact Royal Mail in regards to not receiving package and file a claim.
Undrafted Factory will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered and refunds will not be issued for these orders.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on wrong size, sale items or gift cards. Make sure to checkout the size guide before purchasing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
